Introduction
Forbes payroll is used to do the payroll for clients. Forbes allows you to enter the payroll details of company's and and all of their employees. Forbes allows you to print off payslips for your clients and print off a report for the employer.
Opening payroll for an existing client
To open the payroll you will need to have Clientbase open. See the documents about Clientbase to learn how to use it. To load up Forbes payroll you need to first choose the client on Clientbase for who you are doing payroll for. Once you have selected the client you will need to open the clients folder by pressing the button on the tool bar as shown above. Once you have this folder open there should be a payroll document which you can double click to open and it will load up Forbes payroll.

C. These are the controls for adding, changing or deleting the information about the employees
D. This is where the payments for the current staff member selected are shown
E. Click to display information about the employer
F. Click here for information about the employee that is currently selected
G. Click to see a payslip for the currently displayed employee.
