Adding a payment


To add a payment use the add button which is shown below. This will allow you to add an employees hours in depending which employee you have selected. You can also edit and delete any periods that you have selected when you press the edit and delete buttons.




Once you have pressed the add button, you will see something like below




A. This is the period of pay which is being dealt with


B. In this box you can type the net pay if you want to gross it up, or you can use the box shown in D to put the number of hours worked.


C. Use this button to gross up if you have put a number in the box shown in B


D Click this box to be able to put the number of hours in which the employee has worked for the period.
