Sending an Email with WorldClient
New Email
To send a new email, you need to either start a new email, reply or forward a selected email. Once you have opened a new email, it should look something like below.
You need to enter the email address of who you are sending the email to in the To box. You can also send the email to more then one address by putting an email address in the CC box. Once you give the email a subject you can then enter the text in the main box which will be the main content of the email. When you are ready to send the email press the send now button and your email will be sent

Advanced Button
The advanced button as shown in the tool bar above allows you to access some more features for the email. Once the button is pressed it will show 3 tick boxes.
Urgent Message – Tick this to flag the email as urgent. This is used to inform the person you are sending the email to that it is urgent.
Delivery Confirmation – Tick this to receive a confirmation that the email reaches the person you send it to.
Read Confirmation – Tick this to receive a confirmation when the email has been read by the person you send it to.
Also when you press the advanced button, A BCC box appears which allows you to send the email as a copy to another email address too. And a Reply to box appears which is where you type the email address of where you want any replies to your email to be sent to.
Attachments
To attach a file, press the attachment icon as shown in the tool bar above. This allows you to attach files to send with the email. Use the browse function to choose a file and then press the Attach button. When you have finished attaching files from the finished button in the top left corner of the screen.
Address Lookup
To bring up your address book press the icon as shown in the tool bar above. The address book is where your contacts are stored which you have used before or added yourself. If you have a large number of contacts you can search for a specific one. To add a contact to the email you are going to send click either the To, Cc or Bcc button next to the contact as shown below. This will then add the contact to the email.
